Lack of morality shocks France. That is shocking!
It sounds like they are more outraged by the first lady’s financial costs to France rather than Hollande’s trist with a younger woman.
Making fun of the French is always good for a laugh, I suppose. But don't forget that they took to the streets by the hundreds of thousands to oppose gay marriage and have been steadfast in their insistence that Muslim immigrants adopt French culture.
They have their faults, but do tend to stand up for themselves from time to time.
