Is your video link supposed to open in a web page? All I get is a pop up up asking me if I want to open in windows media player. When I click yes it is just audio and no video.

Sounds like you need to update the player codec.

The video is in .ogg format, and plays fine in Firefox .. this vid however is only a string of different forecast maps with Bastardi doing voiceover.
Just did a quick info search and it seems that Internet Exploder will not play that particular video format.
Firefox is free, and might be handy to have around for times like this.

It’s an M4V file, but that’s all I know. Can you right-click and choose your player?
