Ill never understand why GWB didnt set this right with a full pardon. There was talk at the time that the reason was that once you are pardoned, it is case closed, and Libby wanted the opportunity to continue the pursuit of an appeal or civil case to clear his name.

I believe there is a 5 year waiting period after the petitioner is released from prison...and that is why Bush couldn’t pardon him...

A lot of the 'Discovery' has already been done!
