I’m out in California where people are planting pansies right now. ;( But, there still is a drought here, and half the lawns are dead.

Primroses were blooming in the planters at the card lock where I bought gas this morning in NNWest California...

We just had plenty of moisture, but unfortunately, it was delivered at freezing temperatures. Now that it has warmed up and most of the snow is melted, I am glad to report that the winter rye is green as a gourd. Don’t see a sign of winter wheat though, it just may never have come up since I planted it so late.
