LOL, and would do it again, given the chance!
There was this one time when a previous set of dogs, one a collie, the other a small lab, tempted each other into “opening” a big ole bag of cat kibble. Now in my defense, the collie was very well behaved, & they had ignored the bag for quite a while with me proud of their stoic discipline.
*cough*
I did mention one was a lab, right?
Welllllll about all I could take relief in was that at least it all took place in the basement, because as soon as somebody’s system got full, it took it’s expected course which was fine with them because that made room for more... I think it was one of those 16-lb bags.

Greyhounds are wonderful dogs with amazing personalities.
However, one must possess a higher intellect to appreciate them.

It was a Christmas present from Kerrys parents and was in a gift box right next to the fire and back boiler.
Perhaps the poor pup never chewed it and it was just close enough to the fire and back boiler to kaboom...

Independence is necessary and desirable in a hunting dog.
Some people can’t get over themselves and the whole “control freak” thing and enjoy sight hounds for who they are.
Independent, autonomous wonders who really don’t “need” us...:)
