Florida State is the BCS favorite. But if you look at how the ACC is faring so far, it does not look good.

ACC results so far:

Marshall over Maryland 31-20

North Carolina over Cincy 39-17

Mississippi over Ga Tech 25-17 (it wasn't that close)

Arizona over Boston Col. 42-19

UCLA over Virginia Tech 42-12

so the ACC is 1-5 by a total score of 157-107.

What I conclude is to bet on Auburn to beat Florida State.

Well, I think the best game would have been if (THE) Ohio State had played Alabama, but apparently OSU lobbying got them out of playing another SEC team.

The voters reward an undefeated season over a bunch of pansies (Fl St. and prevously undefeated OSU) over a 1 or 2 loss team that plays a monster schedule.

I believe that Auburn and FSU both have excellent teams. I think the game will come down to Winston being a freshman and making freshman mistakes. The game will be close, but Auburn squeaks it out.

The majority of SEC teams are mediocre at best, it's why an Alabama or Auburn can go undefeated or have one loss every year. Now that the BCS is over, we'll see how the mighty SEC does in the four team playoffs next season. You guys need to stay up a little later on Saturday nights and watch some superior PAC12 football.

Sorry it took me so long to respond to your post-I was watching the Rose Bowl. Did you watch it?
Look, since the BCS Championship series began, the SEC has placed 11 teams in the championship game. The SEC is 10-1 in that game. (Ironically, the one loss was also a to another SEC team).
The PAC 12 is 1-2, with the one win vacated because USC cheated!
Sounds like your New Year’s was a little TOO happy!
