Zimmerman better look out now. As well as the punk white boy who played the knock out game(sorry, white folks need not apply) in TX. Payback for falsely imprisoning POS moomoo-yaba-daba-do-jamal will be at the forefront. Where you been moomoo? Haven't heard much about his sorry butt for a while. Wouldn't bother me if we never heard anything about him ever again either.

If the law enforcement folks in the electorate don’t care, then I guess I don’t either. I wonder how many of them voted to support this administration.

(I still get a hoot out of this gag t-shirt. Lots of Mumia supporters don't notice that it is a picture of a young Charlie Manson.)

Obama will do a lot of damage in the next three years as he becomes more frustrated and angry.

Wesley Cook wasn’t falsely imprisoned, obviously. He’s a cop killer and an Islamic terrorist.

Obama can do what he damn well pleases because the RINOs are always going to avoid any serious response to stop him.

I'm blaming Boehner, McConnel, Ryan, McCain etc for Obama's excesses....they're not providing the checks and balances that used to exist.

This is the reason they are appointing him

Recently he has strived to prevent voter discrimination, praising a federal court decision in May to uphold the constitutionality of fundamental parts of the Voting Rights Act. “Some have questioned whether the protection is still needed,” Adegbile said of the Shelby County, Alabama v. Holder case. “The recent efforts to suppress minority voters make it crystal clear that we still need this core voter protection.”

While there are a gazillion other reasons to rail against ODimwit’s nominee, this is not one of them. Speaking as a former prosecutor, this is what lawyers do. You represent everyone and everyone should be represented. As soon as lawyers start picking and choosing, you turn the entire judgment over to the lawyers ... a nightmare. Doctors treat everyone. Lawyers represent everyone. You don’t then you should have the job.

The Mumia affair was something that the left took up as a cause in the intervening years between the Clinton impeachment and 911. Some were privately embarrassed by it. Once they had the Iraq War to protest, they largely forgot about him. It always bothered me, though. After reading the background on the case, I concluded that he did it and should have been executed a long time ago. I think that a lot of them would change their minds if they studied the case objectively. They might not change their minds about the death penalty, but they’d change their minds about Mumia, who is probably a sociopath cynically using these people.

That being said, in our system, people get legal representation. Some lawyer has to do the job.
