From the local news, they said he first went to the house a couple of weeks after he got fired to rob it but didn't (maybe saw someone home?). This time he went back and expected an empty home but it wasn't.
“However he had been fired in June ...”
He can’t plead something like ‘rage insanity’ because he did the murder 5 or 6 months after getting canned. That would seem to definitely make it a premeditated crime.
Give him the needle. Although it should be death-by-cinder-block-bashing.
Well, OK. Hopefully this guy gets a dumb attorney.
It’s possible it may go down that way.
Most of the time, it’s the fact that it happens in small communities and counties that simply don’t have the resources to fund a Death Penalty trial or the 20 years of Appeals.
This murder happened in the fastest growing and highest per capita income counties in the state and one of the top 20 or so in the Country.
Money will not be an issue should they go that way.
This will only stop when victimized families start making house calls to the other side of the tracks. The Justice System is no longer providing the deterent needed to keep subhumans in line.

Wait til they push through light rail and expanded bus routes.
Open season on all of those upper middle class whites
Both.
This will not look good on the old unemployment claim.

Hello?

Thanks Tolerance Sucks Rocks
no
If they bring concrete bricks to a fight we will bring guns
I hope this will put the final nail in that coffin. No one up here wants the bus and train lines if it means the Indy east side thugs have easier access to our homes and family.
The Castleton and Fishers areas have declined by the migration from Circle Center Mall to Castleton Square Mall thanks to the violence downtown.
Agenda 21
They (cities ?) plan on putting extended bus and train lines all through North Dallas and Plano, nice predominantly white suburbs which is completely unnecessary and will only bring in the undertow.
This sounds reasonable(by today’s standards). Is”Stretch”Pelosi going to get his unemployment benefits extended??
Shouldn’t that say ex-boss?
A comment on an article about this crime claims to be from a woman who was a recent coworker - he was just fired from another job and he was yelling at her over something.
So loses a second, or third job, blames the first employer.
