Using Ixquick image search, once you get past the shoes, there are at least 11 images showing black females named Lasonia.
Steve Martin seems to be defining racism differently than I do. Perhaps he should clarify what was so offensive about his tweet. I'm sure those women don't want to be branded as racists. Does Martin think that Lasonia shoes should be boycotted?
My Mom worked at a public school where one of the students’ Mom said the doctor named her daughter. The name he picked was Fee-mal-lay (Female) Brown. It was on the card on the baby’s bassinet. This was in the mid 70’s.
