MomwithHope, I have the Sabre tomato seed in the freezer. That will be a fall planting started by the middle or last of July. The Burpee’s “Long Keeper” Tomato will also be started then.

That depends on you. I mainly grow basil to complement my tomatoes, and pair the two accordingly. How do you intend to use the basil? I use dried for cooking year around, but the fresh goes best with my fresh tomatoes.
