I have three acquaintances that I have always thought of when Man Made Global Warming is debated. Many years ago I offered them (individually and separately) sound and logical reasons to be skeptical of the so called science about MMGW. In each of those three cases, I got them to admit that they would feel foolish if the correlation to CO2 and the warming of the planet was ever disproved.

17 years without global warming even during the continued rise in global CO2 atmospheric levels should quite convincingly dispel the correlation between global temperatures and atmospheric CO2. I’ve been waiting and contemplating when the right time would be to circle back and make sure they make good on their word to “feel foolish”.

I remarked to one of my LIV clients that it was snowing in Jerusalem and Cairo.

Her instant and roboticly-perfect reply was:

“That’s because of Global Warming”.

CO2 driven global warming has evolved from a theory subject to scientific debate to dogma where any dissent is deemed to be heresy. More and more scientific studies as well as the empirical evidence that global temperatures have been declining despite higher CO2 levels, have shown the theory that increased CO2 levels driving higher global temperatures to be wrong. However global warming has become a cult and no evidence will cause the cultists to abandon their dogma.

Reddit’s censorship is a serious problem, because they have over 4 million subscribers to their science subsection.

And now that they have decided to censor one area, they will invariably decide to increasingly censor all science that is not in conformity with radical Democrat party politics. So it is only a matter of time until they censor:

Theories other than evolution.

Sociology, anthropology, biology, psychology and other studies and sciences that reject any part of the LGBT agenda.

Medicine and alternative medicine not in conformity with organizations like the radical leftist American Academy of Pediatrics, the American Psychiatric Association, and other such groups. Any medical alternative to Obamacare. Or that does not fully support abortion, euthanasia, and gun control as “scientific”.

The board will also go decidedly anti-religion. “You cannot be a scientist if you believe in God.”

There is no limit, really. So that part of Reddit is effectively dead already.
