I see. thanks. The only vitamin I take larger amounts of is C. It helps me a lot. I do understand not to od on vitamins that accumulate in body and may becone harmful in excess. Thanks. !
I take a 100 mg Vit C tablet with an iron supplement as well to maximize efficiency of the latter. Used to be 500 mg but then there were those studies about a higher dose slighly increasing chances for kidney stone. It is always something. :)
