A question for all you far right wing, gun loving, whacko-bird extremists: Does anyone know, for sure, whether or not the stock from a Circuit Judge will directly fit the frame of the Judge, or vice versa? Leave out considerations of legal issues such as length of barrel, or overall length, etc. I'm asking for a friend, whose name I can't recall, and neither of us would dare have anything to do with those evil things.
junky caliber
With one made by Rossi and the other by Taurus it seems unlikely.
My state protects me from owning one.
Hahahahahahaha
Seriously - wish I could help you, but I know nothing of these guns.
Not much of a friend, are they?
“I’d rather be judged by twelve than carried by six.”
IMHO Taurus is no good junk.
I don’t have a lot of knowledge about guns but while I was looking for a .40 caliber revolver, the only one I could find was a Taurus. When I asked some of the guys behind the counter at Cabelas, they said Taurus makes handguns with inferior alloys. This dissuaded me from buying one. Had anyone else had an issue with their Taurus weapons or heard about problems like this?
Opinions are like a**holes, we all have one”
Randy Weaver knows about these things, you ought to ping him.
I have owned/fired several Taurus revolvers over the last 10 years or so and I think they are absolutely great. Their modern guns are well made, reasonably priced, and they have a 100% warranty on everything they sell, although I have never had a need to test that, as they all performed perfectly. And I do know that they manufacture some guns for Rossi, but I don’t know exactly which ones.
I have a friend who works in a gun store. He bought a Judge for his wife. Something was wrong with it, so he returned it, and got another. It was messed up somehow too, so he just got her something else. I seem to recall him telling me that they’d fixed the problem, whatever it was.
Why do you say that?
Taurus bought Rossi
Ahh... Thanks for that info.
Taurus used to be owned by the same company that made S&W, and were somehow related to Beretta. That is why so many of their guns look like Berettas and S&W.
I’ve often heard Rossi were junk, but I have never owned one and don’t know about it.
You might look up the guarantee for the Taurus handguns.
