I told them I was on the DNC list, they laughed at me and said they paid they were all union so they were exempt.

I'm getting more calls from telemarketers with metallic sounding voices.
Either they are on Skype or they are Indians/Filipinos that are having their voices electronically Americanized.
When I tell the telemarketers my theory, they just pretend to be confused and then continue along with their scripts.
Very odd.
