That sounds like something my wife could really use, she has lots to trouble with her sinuses.

I bet it burns like the dickens..The pharmacist said that some Doctors are using it for people who've taken antibiotics longterm for chronic sinus infections. He also said after awhile you get used to it..which I took to mean it does burn like the dickens.

Be careful with this stuff around the eyes. Yes, it will burn. In another lifetime, I used to have to grind red chillies to extract them to measure their capsaicin content, and wearing a dust mask and gloves was necessary.
