Very cool art, but I wonder where PETA stands on this?

Hope it was fire ants
I find this piece of art curiously satisfying. The little bleeps get to die at 1200 degrees, screaming as the molten aluminum engulfs them and burns them to a crisp.
Not bad.
BTW..what are they selling for?
When they first started to hose it off, it looked like the Stanley Cup. Dude?
No. Because an eviction notice was posted at the entrance to the mound the day before.
yeah,
i have a neighbor who tells me she can hear the weeds crying out when i don a cool haz mat suit and go spray roundup.
i do my best to play it all up.
Check the ebay link! Right now the bid is $2500+.
Just *boggle*. LOL.
Sorry..my post was a tad confusing..I was trying to ask how much YOU were selling yours for? I do expect the Freeper discount a the very least
Ah.
LOL. Sorry. We haven’t made one yet. Hubby’s looking into it though, seriously. One of his buddies is into blacksmithing and stuff so it’s very doable.
It would seem that opportunities abound to undercut the price..<P.
They’re actually very stunning visually..a 3 dimensional Jackson Pollack, if you will..
IIRC the bidding on the piece that’s on ebay right now started at several hundred dollars. I’m sure the ‘artist’ (let’s be fair, the ants were the real artists), is surprised that it’s >$2500 right now. What a great Christmas present for him if the bidder comes through.
Precisely!
Precisely!
Why waste the aluminum? Old southern solution;
I have used this for years. The instant grits really work. I use it for fire ants. The fire ants have killed off other ants. The other ants used to provide food for our horny toad (horned lizard). As a result of those fire ants killing the other ants, our horny toad population has been decimated.
So...I only kill fire ants.
Thanks and Merry Christmas!
Merry Christmas to you too!
FReepmail me. I’ll pay for the aluminum and we’ll split the profits.
Here in the southeast, the instant will swell up with just the high humidity. I’m sure in the desert that will not be a problem.
LOL. Now we just need to find a way to melt the Al.
