To: the OlLine Rebel

I was surprised to see *Stop & Shop* on the list.

It’s a staple in New England. We affectionately call it *Spic & Span*...it’s generally clean and produce is displayed nicely. Customer service can vary widely from store to store. If I go to one in another state, I can find things I need quickly....they’re all the same!

Their products are not cheap and their specials are beaten by other markets for pricing. Unless you save for *gas points* it’s not worth the trouble.

Other markets have better pricing. I’m grateful I have a choice in my area.

I liked Stop & Shop when I lived there. Related to my Safeway at the time, much like them. Closest but nice. I hated ShopRite. 1 of the early oversized warehouse type stores, but also close. Bigger was the Big Y built while I lived there, but I liked that fine. Just too far, also. Next to a Wal-Mart before they expanded to food.
