What is your opinion of Fogo de Chao?
I’ve dined at the Houston location several times and think it is a great value for an excellent dinner or lunch?
Fogo de Chao, is a unique experience, indeed.. If you are asking me from a restauranteur perspective, I can tell you they are clever as hell.. Their total menu added features are vast, tasty, but inexpensive, and easily prepared.. Laid out to appear extreme, and colorful, but limited by cost, and filler..
Now, ask me as a consumer, I truly enjoyed it! They are a bit overpriced, because their dining psychology is to fill you before the major expensive items, the meat courses, still the least expensive selections, but quality enough, is offered.. 3 stars.. :)
