That’s what you call grading on a curve. Yeah for the low end burger joints (as opposed to like Smash or Five Guys or Culvers) Wendy’s is one of the least horrible. But it’s still low end cheap fastfood burgers and kind of nasty.

You are correct - McDonald's, Burger King, Jack in the Box and Dairy Queen pre-cook their burger patties and reheat them as ordered, Wendy's cooks 'em fresh.
