Good call on adding the chocolate. It does add depth to chili con carne.

I don't make my own mole sauce, but I was shown how by an ancient old woman in New Mexico. Lotsa work.

That chili sounds good! Johnny, I’m allergic to chocolate, so do you know if adding carob powder would work well in chili?
