*snort* Carter was at least an imbecile -a PACIFIST idiot, truly. Billy "BJ" the Clintoon and mrs bill were criminals of the worst sort and despite their blatant usurpation of the constitutional limitations they were mandated to operate under, they still managed to begin injecting self-serving flunkies into whatever government agencies they could access.
It has only gotten much worse since then, with Barky seeing no reason to worry about anything else other than initiating every possible method he can to bring about the downfall of the country he despises.

Evidently we have more criminals inside government than on the outside. Basically, the Chicago mob has free access to the WH, if they don't actually live there 24/7.
