This country doesn’t allow just anyone to do that, and in fact there are laws which forbid any but a narrow class of people from doing that, with severe punishments, and only under certain conditions.
And that is even if one agrees with what life is, when it begins, and what kinds of life constitutes a child.
I suggest you have to first describe what life is, to distinguish it from non-life. Then you can look at the pregnancy process divide it into before life started and after life started. Then you have to make another decision as to what kind of life you want to protect- is Cancer life? is an infection life? is a fetus life, even if not viable? Is a viable fetus life?
At some time you have to decide who makes these decisions. Should it be state legislature? should it be the federal legislature? Perhaps only judges? Perhaps doctors? Perhaps mothers? Should the father have any say?
I'm quite sure that YOU have an answer.

John 18:38
A sane society calls these people hitmen, and trying to solicit the services of one is a criminal offense.
The beginnings of human life has not been a problem for the Hebrew and Christian. The Hebrew scriptures give us a clear understanding when life begins. If you look at the genealogies in the OT life was defined when a father “begat” a child and not the birth of the child. Since most of us here are familiar with the male role in this process I do not need to elaborate. But I confidently state the male role in “begetting” is VERY early in the process.
It is only when our Western society rejected our Christian roots, confusion ensued along with the notion that children were a burden to the pursuit of mammon. Convenience became the modern euphemism for cold blooded murder of defenseless life.
Your comparison of early human life to cancer is absurd and offensive. To state such a horrible notion no doubt shows the coldness of our society.
