Yes, I was going to mention this - it’s already been a matter of precedent that the police are under no obligation to protect you.

That, of course, is the legally informed, real world Rule of Law correct question.

Unfortunately, this occurred in Bizarro World America where Constitutional Rule of Law is fantasy.
