Have the PETA and animal rights groups started screaming and moaning yet like that IDIOT yesterday who called Thanksgiving “Thankskilling” b/c of all the turkeys that sacrificed their lives so we mortals could pig out.

A young person in my family claims to be a vegan (but still wears the leather motorcycle jacket I gifted him/her), and ate "tofurkey" at Thanksgiving dinner yesterday. As a so-called vegan, this young person is militant, and has practically no sense of humor. Trying to inject some humor in the situation, I asked him/her what a tofurkey call would sound like. With the snarling surliness that only a know-it-all Generation.commer can conjure up, he/she snapped, "well, it's not a scream of pain".
Leave it to an under-30 Leftist to throw water on an otherwise pleasant family gathering.
