Shortly after ObamaCare passed, I was having my annual checkup and my doctor informed me that he was leaving the clinic where he was currently employed and moving his practice to a clinic in Costa Rica.
When I asked him why?
He said, "I read the damn bill. And in five years this clinic will be run by a federal, bureaucrat bean-counter. I don't function well with a yoke around my neck."
Wow......I’ve been thinking Panama is a good place to retire and medical there looks good.
