Well, the phone witness testimony is that Trayvon believed Zimmerman was a creepy “asscracker” (f@gg*t), so the vulnerables in America believe he was “standing his own ground” to charge at Zimmerman and deliver a beat down.

Preventing innovation does sound fitting for 0bama and the Progressives. Firearms wouldn’t be the first technology or industry they’ve applied that maxim to. Medical devices comes to mind for one.

The idiots don’t realize that a boatload of gun owners would comply with this by turning in their bullets one at a time and pointy end first.

There won’t be a population of US Marshals, let alone LEOs in general, left to enforce the other provisions. I’ll never advocate the killing of LEOs, but I will point out the obvious that LEOs (and not the idiot Libs who thunk up this brilliant idea) will die as a result. And once that happens even more will decide to sit things out.

This is good... Libs should bring this to the Convention of States, kickoff this coming 12/7 at Mount Vernon.

This, and others like repeal of the 17th will vie for 3/4 state ratification.

We’ll see which will survive the process...

The idiots will be facing a lot of LEOs standing shoulder to shoulder with POd gun owners...

Majority of Colorado sheriffs join lawsuit against gun control laws May 17, 2013

DENVER — All but 10 of Colorado’s 64 county sheriffs have signed onto a lawsuit aimed at blocking the Democratic gun control measures passed by the state legislature and signed into law by Gov. John Hickenlooper back in March.

(I think more sheriffs have joined since that was published. Several have flatly said that they will not enforce those laws whether they are repealed or not.)

Wondering if Obama will turn his Civil Defense Force loose. Plus the New Black Panthers. Bet it’d be an urban fight and mostly between gangs for control. I doubt seriously that gangbangers would be up to fight in the countryside against experienced hunters.

Trayvon’s attack on George Zimmerman would be a “knockout” attack except that he spoke to his intended victim before knocking him down.

Right, it’s not the knockout game, per se, but his “girlfriend” said that Zimmerman should’ve taken the beat down.

Instead of a new constitutional amendment, what America needs is a New Deal. Not quite like FDR’s New Deal, however.

The US should make a treaty with an African nation, by which Americans convicted of felony crimes with sentences greater than 10 years, be offered citizenship of that nation as free men.

Of course, for a while, the US would subsidize this with direct payment to the leaders of that nation, on condition that these convicts not be granted passports or travel visas by which they could leave that country.

The offer would not be limited to black convicts. In fact, if convicts of other races, or other nationalities, such as illegal aliens, wish to take up the deal, they might be allowed to do so.

In that these convicts would likely at least on paper have a better education than most people in Africa, this would be an excellent opportunity to turn their lives around as well as bring prosperity to that African nation.

Perhaps in a hundred years, that nation could become much like Australia.

11. Assault rifles, semi-automatic, and automatic weapons, as well as those not fitted with GPS and trigger locking devices will be immediately seized by the government. The owner will be compensated fair market value of the weapon, minus the cost of the seizure operation.

Good luck with that.

Gangbangers vs Deer Hunters

would make a great video game, methinks.

I even think that those deer hunter types would do quite well in an urban environment. It’s all about craft and cunning.

The IDF (Israeli Defense Force)uses Ruger 10/22’s in their urban sniping. There are three places on the enemy they shoot for. 1)Knees (both if possible. 2)The groin area (think about it) 3)Head
