The sentence must, in some way, relate to the news of the day.
Homework time! Get to class, you miscreants.
How do I get through the fence?
Derogate, dumb dumb...
Present!
Finally! A late night comic does NOT derogate a Republican President. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2510394/George-W-Bush-presents-Jay-Leno-portrait-The-Tonight-Show.html#ixzz2lBpDlCAI (”There’s a Rembrandt trapped in this body”)
obama and clinton have seriously derogated the Presidency from the standards set by our Founding Fathers, especially George Washington!
A+++
Nice to see a real president, even if it’s just on late-night tv.
A+++
The only way Obama/Clinton can be used in the same sentence as George Washington is by pointing out the contrast, as you did.
yesterday, Jake Tapper was asking Chuck Grassley about his blocking of Obama’s DC Circuit appointment. Chuck did a fantastic job answering him, never faltered and had every fact at the ready. Grassley blocked Bush’s appointee to the DC cir as well. At that time, SENATOR Obama drafted a letter saying that the DC cir workload did not merit filling the seat. The seat was blocked. Now the workload is even less, as described by current members of the DC Cir, and Grassley again wants to NOT fill the seat for that reason, and I see David Axelroad bleating on Twitter that this blockade is a horrific precendent which will haunt the GOP and the country. um, not a precedent, Davey, your guy did it before and one of the reasons given to not fill it with Bush’s appointee was that it would upset the balance [it was even up dem-pub] oh but NOW upsetting the balance is precisely what they are after.
I can’t believe some people have so little in their lives that they must derogate Tide Pods and the users thereof.
i should get at least an extra plus for putting forth THAT effort! ; )
i was there with you and frankly don’t get it. there have ALWAYS been toxic substances that kids may have mistaken for candy etc. the answer is for parents to childproof and keep that stuff away from kids, not to send us back to the dark ages and deprive us of convenience. i have actually met and like that poster, so i was surprised by the tone and vehemence on that thread.
I saw that, thank you!
She wasn’t pleasant or reasonable by any means on that thread, never had an issue with her before that i recall.
