I know that power is out for good numbers of people in the area of Pekin, East Peoria, Washington, and Gifford. But it would be good if central IL Freepers get a chance to check in, let us know.

I though the same thing. According to the Peoria Journal Star there has only been 1 recorded death in Washington, Il. It was unlikely to be Graybeard58 since he is a senior citizen and the person killed was 51 years old. However, according to the article 100 people were hurt and 20 people requiring admission.
