The weather here in the Phoenix area is still in the upper 70s to upper 80s. Nights are beautiful. My veggies are are loving the weather.
I've been planting a lot of Asian vegetables so I don't have to make as many trips to the Asian grocery store 15 miles away for fresh ingredients (yes I'm Asian). Here are some pictures from my garden:

Your cabbage looks amazing! I have yet to successfully grow cabbage. I keep trying and I get sprouts but never anything that full and pretty.

My daughter's in-laws are Cambodian. I'll be trying lemongrass and a few other asian items this spring.

Wow. Look at that lovely produce. It’s a sight for sore eyes this time of the year for me. Thanks so much for posting the pictures.
I’m not Asian but, I bought some Asian stuff to try growing indoors. I really like crunchy stir fry veggies. I do need to reorganize to make room though, and haven’t really had time to do much.
My daughter makes 1 trip every other month or so to the Asian markets in St. Louis, and I stock up on tea and spices, because they are so much cheaper than stuff around here.
We had a chinese hot pot meal last New Year’s Eve that she prepared for us. My granddaughter ate more veggies that way than she ever had before. It was a great meal. Kinda reminded me of fondue. It gave everyone a chance to talk as the next bite was cooking.

Hey my little asian lady neighbor way up the block grows this in her garden. She told me once what it is but I totally forgot--haven't seen her since then. Do you know what this is? Some sort of lettuce but I could be wrong. Its very hardy--grows well in the cold too. Its edible but a little bitter to the taste.

A neighbor dropped off some garlic so got them in the ground the day before the freeze and watered well. She had them in a bag for a week so they had to get planted so we’ll see.

Bitter melon? Is that actually a melon? I've never seen one like that before.
Eggplant......I'm envious. I've tried to grow eggplant, but they come out long and slim, like a skinny cucumber.
