From what I’ve researched, I’m producing near the max. I’m sure there are freaky producers out there, but what are the odds of her being one? The point is that a judge should not be making this decision. I’d like to know who filed for divorce. If it’s the father then he could have stuck it out until his daughter was weaned. If he can’t stick it out because his wife is abusive then he should have filed for full custody.

Perhaps she should have worked with the judge instead of keeping the baby from her father.

You’re absolutely right. I had three hungry baby boys. For most women, two days away from the baby will diminish their supply (a pump is not as effective as a baby).

A better arrangement would be for the father to have visits that last a few hours on a few days a week, for example. Obviously, he wants overnights, and that’s what will cause a problem with feedings.
