I remember when Dallas drafted Todd in 1978. He was a red hot fullback in the pre-season but got hurt and placed on IR, not playing at all that Super Bowl year. The next season Landry wanted him to play tight end but Todd balked. He eventually got cut. Then he bounced around the league and finally got signed by the Raiders.
After a few years as a nothing special special teamer, Christensen exploded in the limelight with the Raiders as, you got it...
