16 years old and smiling as he is taken away to face murder charges. he has no fear and no feelings.....and he’s the type of guy who will have a gun when Obama and schumer disarm the law abiding Christian americans.

At 16 he is old enough under international law to be a legal soldier. He is old enough in the US to be tried as an adult.
I have no problem saying he deserves the death penalty.
That said I don’t think he has any real idea what kind of trouble he is in.
