Don't forget beef tallow, goose fat, duck fat, etc. Some vegetable-based oils are ok, but animal fats (at least from good sources) are better in just about every way. How canola and soybean oil got listed as "healthy" is beyond me.

Bacon grease. My grandmother never let it go to waste. She kept a can in the fridge and added to it daily. You didn’t need no- stick skillets cause the eggs floated and never touched the bottom.
