They’re looking for guns to confiscate. It is going into full swing.

Yes, this was a known element of this rancid bill also. Good stuff, huh? Thanks again, Justice Roberts!

If you read the entire article, this is very, very scary stuff - “not voluntary” and basically for any reason the government wants to make up ... vets, homeschooling, etc. The government ‘inspectors’ are going to have to bring law enforcement with them to force these inspections because people are going to strongly object and dare I say it ... defend their families. I can just see vets putting up with this - no way.

In any conflict, chosing the battlespace makes all the difference. Do you let the government choose the battlespace at your front door? Or do you leave them wondering where the hell you went and what you are going to do?

I prefer to choose the battlespace that benefits me, not them.

So let’s say they find a twenty year old mother, the father was in Afghanistan, they both smoke and their child is autistic. What are they going to do......throw them in jail?

Whether we fight them at our doorstep or later at a time and place of our choosing ... it WILL happen. However, in order to be affective, those who participate in these tyrannical actions need to be identified and “dealt” with. Examples must be made.

Bedroom police just because you are a tobacco user?

But the earthgods in black dresses on the Supremist Court said that you can do whatever you want in your home without fear of bedroom police.

Homosexuality was legalized under such argument.

Now they say because of the healthcare implications, they can barge in and see what you are up to?

4th Amendment. They can go F themselves. Crunch time is coming.

What Good Can a Handgun Do Against an Army? (needs to be read...over and over and over).

you know what’s interesting about this,
is how consistent it is with other Obama edicts

just a couple years ago, the Obama administration issued a new regulation requiring housing appraisers to actually enter occupied homes .... something they seldom needed to do before in arriving at reasonable estimates of fair market value....
(indeed, just about the only times they ever needed to go inside an occupied residence was to verify major internal improvements .... in rare cases .... and such entries were often at the owners’ request in order to get the appraisals up to where the owners wanted them....again, this was for exceptional, expensive improvements that were not visible from the street)

at any event,
the Obama administration now requires appraisers to enter family homes... AND TAKE PICTURES OF ALL ROOMS...(contents and all obviously will get included in these pictures, some of which are actually Video movies now too)

Our local police were shocked at this. They said to NEVER let strangers in your home, and especially not if they are taking notes or pictures or video movies. The police say that this information is worth a lot more to burglars than the appraisal fee is to the guy who takes these pictures...

the police say that these pictures are a “veritable road map for burglars”... from good pictures the burglars can determine,

1. what you have that’s worth stealing
2. exactly where it is located (so they can snatch it quickly, they just bring their “shopping list” per the police, the list that they compile from examining the pictures of the inside of your home)
3. a skilled burglar can often also spot in advance what defensive measures or burglar alarm systems you may have

so now Obama has figured out yet another way to send his spies into private residences?

sounds very much like the 4th amendment is ker-put in Obama’
s “transformed Amerika”

Anybody who falls into one of those categories should have a Rottweiler or a large pit bull to greet the home inspectors.

So the storm troopers can enter your house because you are a smoker, or a vet, or . . . a Jew perhaps?

I can’t be certain, but I think there is an amendment to the constitution that says something about this. And there can be no question as to the intent of the founders when it comes to the government entering a person’s dwelling absent a warrant.

SCOTUS has already ruled that similar mandatory home inspections violates the provacy intent of the 3rd amendment.

Quartering of soldiers = government agencies.

See this Wikipedia reference for the 3rd amendment for reference to Griswold v. Connecticut in 1965 that "cited the Third Amendment as implying a belief that an individual's home should be free from agents of the state."
