New computer with Windows 7 and latest IE version . When I click on a email contact hyperlink on websites I am not able to access automatically via Windows Live Mail which my old HP with the same 7 and IE has no problem with . A message pops up in Japanese , something about the mail client ( I ) hasn't correctly installed something or other etcetc...Anyway , I'm pretty sure it's just a matter of correcting some settings in either Live Mail or IE . Anybody have any idea what's up ?
Maybe the system isn’t sure about what program to use for e-mail. Use Windows help and look up “Set Default Programs.”
Don’t know, but the same has happened to me. I can’t access my hotmail account. My son said I’ve been hacked and my password changed. It has happened before. This go round happened when I posted protest data across the web for the Million trucker march and the 2 million Vet march. Fortunately, I belong to a greeting card service so I could access most of the addresses.
Why are you using IE?
You should be using Firefox.
Your computer is turning Japanese.
Have at it. it's not real intuitive. not much. good luck
It's amazing how a small thing can have huge negative effects. I have a similar problem, and haven't a clue how I screwed up the site link.
I don't mean to hijack the thread, but I also feel that I accidentally "turned off" a critical component that prevents the resulting map from displaying all existing satellites as it should. Most frustrating, it was working perfectly the night before.
All this to attempt tracking the re-entry of the GOCE satellite today.
Do any computer experts give me a clue what might have happened?
Here is the site link...
Another juvenile non-responsive answer.
Not to worry. When you grow up you'll have enough self-control to limit babble and focus answers to what actually was asked.
whenever I have trouble with my computer I just hit it real hard....works so-far!
How many satellites to you *think* you should see?
I see six at the link you supplied.
I see none.
I just get an empty, smaller, secondary window.
