Although there is some SPECULATION that women can use specialized cells to replace eggs that may be lost due to complications, generally speaking a woman is born with ~300,000 eggs and produces no more. You are born with all the eggs you will ever have, the Ovaries will not produce more.
That said, there is speculation based on some recent studies that suggest that the body has the potential to make more - but based upon what I have read, it's all speculation.
