Matt Lauer and Al Roker are definitely committed to promoting men's health.
(Exclusive)The Today mainstays will undergo prostate exams -- live and on camera -- during Thursday's episode of the NBC show. It's part of a monthlong campaign raising awareness of men's health issues.
In 2000, Katie Couric memorably underwent a colonoscopy on Today to encourage screenings after the 1998 death of her husband from colon cancer. The on-air procedure brought in big ratings, and health care professionals credited Couric's example with contributing to a 20 percent spike in colonoscopies in the ensuing years.

Yuk.
Will he do the same thing he did in the WH??
LOL, just what I was thinking too. Maybe the studio will stand around and listen to them fart after the procedure.
Rectum, D@MN near killed em
And they stupidly are going to do this while South Park still hasn’t finished their season.
They are paying no heed to the fact the South Park used “The Couric” as a unit of international fecal measurement, due to Katie’s decision to get a colonoscopy on TV.
Dumb, dumb, dumb.
To be performed by Dr. Obama.......”Hey Doc, why are your hands on my shoulders?”
And this is different from any other day how? They both go trough life wit fingers up their asses but mostly their own thumbs.
Lol that reminds me of the South Park episode last night where Cartman forced Kyle to inhale his farts..yummy yummy he wants Cartman’s farts in his tummy lol
"I didn't. I play in the NBA. Now open wide..."
"KREEEEEEEGAAAAAAHHHHHH!"
"IT HURT LIKE HELL !"
Katie I sorta understood since the poor woman became a widow at such a young age leaving her with two young daughters. So I could understand her getting checked to ensure tragedy doesn’t strike twice. She really was brave going through a tragedy like that. I hope be never to experience the hell she went trough.
They should get a Tea Party urologist to do the exams — usually, it’s the Media types giving Conservatives a rectal probe
NBC and most of the alphabet networks seem to very focused on the rectum (support of SSAD marriage) and the “crotchel” (my word) area in general.
News and network programming seem to be all crotch centric.
I suppose it’s only fair. We got ours when Obamacide was passed.
I’d love to have someone from the audience ask:
Why did the Death Panels make the PSA test no longer recommended for prostate cancer screening?

Matt Lauer getting a rectal exam ? They will NEVER reach his ovaries from there !
