I feel sorry for nobody that was duped. Better yet duped by what? Gun Running? Cash for Clunkers? Vote for it before you read it? Bengazi? Shovel Ready Jobs?

The Democrats in Congress want a refund from the website developers. I want a refund from every single Democrat that voted for this, and from every Democrat voter. John Roberts can pay up too.
