You don't mix salty with milky/creamy, or salty with sweet. It simply is not done. Please tell me that you are joking.

I hope so.
I mean, the guy doesn't eat cheese?
That is unnatural!
And then there is that Stilton with the little candied ginger bits. Sweet, spicy, salty, creamy goodness!

Have they been banned in New York yet? Wonder if they'll be added to the school lunch program!! Let's see: food groups: potatoes √ chocolate √ salt √ preservatives√ Yep! They pass muster. Pass the chips...

Salty and sweet goes together great. Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. Margaritas. PayDay candy bars. Chocolate covered pretzels. Baked beans with bacon. etc., etc.
I had chocolate covered potato chips a number of years ago. It was good, but nothing to get really emotional about.

Another good combination is a peanut butter and potato chip sandwich.

How about bacon chocolate? That raises the question, is chocolate halal or haram?
Upon the answer rests a potential hack!

BeeHive Cheese company [No. Utah] produces some great artisan cheeses with interesting flavors.

The White Stilton with Mango and Ginger Cheese you mention, is pretty good. I’ve served it with ripe Seckel pears for dessert. [I can’t imagine *who* would think you can *improve* on Silton....it’s beautiful by its onesy. IMO]:)

Bobby Flay serves a *Crunch Burger* in his burger bistro. It's pretty good.....I'm kinda a purest with burgers, tho.
You could experiment, invent a modified version of the Elvis sammie....peanut butter, chips, banana and bacon sandwich
Then you could be in *Throw-Down* with Bobby Flay.
