Where do you get your coconut oil?
I have some that I ordered off the web, but I don’t remember where. In a pinch, I get some from my local country mart grocery store.
I don’t think it would hurt to substitute some other oil, like peanut, walnut, olive etc.
Trader Joes’ has good quality coconut oil pretty cheap. Costco has it even cheaper, but in a larger quantity. It can get expensive in most grocery stores.
