Yeah "fair and impartial" all right... the NLRB has been packed with radical pro-union activists (every single one plucked straight from existing jobs with big labor... not even an attempt by the administration to look impartial). If you are a employer dragged before this kangaroo court you stand about as much of a chance as a Jew before the SS tribunal....

As I understand - another President can simply disband the NLRB - no act of Congress needed, correct?

That ought to be a goal for any future conservative President - tell them and 100 other “climate change,” “diversity” or other clearly politically biased organizations to simply “go home - your job is over.”
