Welcome to Britains most haunted B&B - where terrified guests have been left so scared they have even jumped out of the windows.
The Ancient Ram Inn, in the village of Wotton-under-Edge, Gloucestershire, is believed to be riddled with up to 20 spectres who torment the paying punters of the 12th century home.
Built on an ancient pagan burial ground - and also believed to be the scene of child sacrifices and devil worship - the Cotswolds cottage is haunted by the likes of a murdered young girl called Rosie, a high priestess, and even a male sex demon, known as an incubus.
The strange goings on include a blood-curdling childs scream, electrified wooden beams, and even the touch of an invisible force.
Caroline Humphries, whose family has lived in the Ram Inn for nearly 50 years, said: 'My father wont go anywhere without his Bible.'

Thanks for the article. I’ve never seen anything though I don’t discount the possibility but it’s interesting and especially around this time of year. I use to listen to Coast to Coast every chance I could and of course, this kind of stuff was their bread and butter. If I would think ghosts exist, I’d think England would be a good place to search for them.
Rooms cost “£25 to £30”, that’s about the cost of a normal hotel room in many places, they must be in need of guests. (Note, often easy to convert pounds to dollars by just multiplying the pound X 2 and you get a rough if inexact figure)
I lived for a time in a haunted house - at least according to local legend. Never saw the old feller myself but a lot of folks said they did. Perfectly benign - an old guy in a rocking chair - but I never saw him. I blame sobriety.
I’m with you on Ghost to Ghost. It’s the only time of the year i listen to the ghost stories since Art Bell when I was in high school. I cannot stomach Noory. My uncle also was a caller back in the late 90’s to Bell on G2G but he was put on hold for a long time he just quit. It was about his time at AZ State U renting a place with 3 other students at a cheap house which was supposedly haunted.
Bullocks.
Whenever they need to drum up business at the local Brookdale Lodge they circulate stories about it being haunted.
Haunted, right -— haunted by meth heads out in the woods.
OMG!! The furniture in that house is probably the source of the haunting. How awful.
I grew up having so many experiences with Ghost since I was child. If we have a thread for this particularly subject for Halloween I would probably turn the thread into a large fat Book. LOL
That may be strong possibility.
My wife is over in the UK now, she was born and raised in the Cotswolds. I’ll have to find out if sh know about this place.
I wouldn’t stay in that place.

You do know that Art Bell is back on the air on Sirius Radio, channel 104?
He calls his new show Dark Matter and tomorrow night he is doing ‘Spooky Matter’ aka ghost stories.
Very much looking forward to listening to it!
The owner of the Inn looks spooky.
Those beds look like Bed Bug havens.
LOL, you should read the comments. The inn looks horrible by itself.
hehe that’s what most of the comments are about
male sex demon aye? HMMMM. A chance to cross that off my to do list :O!
lol. EXACTLY! Give me ghosts, demons, and curdling screams of children. I'll sleep like a baby. One sighting or feel of a bed bug will have me packed and out a window in a second flat. :)
Looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in about 100 years. I’d run out too!!
