I tried to watch her testimony for a minute but it was too unbearable...nothing but lies and obfuscation on the part of Sebelius.

She just admitted to being responsible for “this debacle”!

Going to be a great sound bite.

Same ole ...

Dems providing cover. Pubbies asking questions.

Sebilius deflecting and obfuscating and not giving straight answers.

==

One asked about those losing coverage.

Sebilius responds that their plans are grandfathered in.

Insurance companies made decision to drop plans.

Alternative equivalent plans cost more. So, buy a cheaper plan with less coverage.

==

Sebilius does admit she, not contractor, is the one responsible for the website and the website fiasco.

Congresswoman points out that the website is down again this morning and her staffer cannot log on.

Dingall's name is quite fitting. He's pitching softballs and stating he'll accept her answer in writing because he doesn't have 'time' for the answer. Perhaps it's because the answer won't fit the new RAT narrative. The totally dishonest diatribe that insurance companies have changed their plans and that's why people are being canceled was lacking in its omission of the fact that they HAD to change to comply.

Blackburn also let Sebelius slide when she failed to point out that Sebelius' answer that canceled policies will be replaced with OCare....it was STILL A LIE because we were told we could keep our health plans - we won't told our health plans would be substituted with higher deductible, higher premium plans.

Congresswoman asked how much has already been spent on the website.

Sebilius responded about $100 million and $40 million [approximate numbers stated by Sebilius].

No mention of the $1 Billion plus cost of the website.

==

‘No expectation of privacy’ statement has supposedly been removed, according to Sebilius.

Testimony is supposed to involve truth, not lies. Sebelius flouting the commandment banning the bearing of false witness is another strike against her already-highly-tenuous claim to be a Catholic.
