In order that we might all raise the level of discourse and expand our language abilities, here is the daily post of Word for the Day.
Punctilio
Noun (plural - punctilios)
Rules: Everyone must leave a post using the Word for the Day in a sentence.
The sentence must, in some way, relate to the news of the day.

yes, it is going to be fun for her. she did not have a boyfriend at UD, so it’s going to be a good feeling to go there with him and a ring on her finger. The couple who is getting married were both in her class, and they were all in Rome together for that semester. Lilia and Jake are having a civil ceremony tonight at the courthouse, the church wedding is on 12/21 in Rome. Obv most UD kids are not going to have the wherewithal to go to that ceremony, so they are going to the Dallas one. xsteen and her affianced are planning to honeymoon in Rome next Sept though.
Another degenerative Democrat.
what are they saying in MD about your dem gubernatorial candidate??? i don’t watch local news but are they covering this? is it commonly accepted he’s a J@Ck@$$????
A++ So true.
The Obamacare rollout imbroglio
Shows Barack’s disregard for punctilio
He says he’s high-tech
But he’s too loose, low dreck
The programs they’re using are paleo
Epic fail. It’s not like this is new technology. A+++
Good morning ti! I’m waiting for it to rise above freezing so I can go run.
Happy Birthday to your daughter! We’re in the process of trying to move my in-laws from Dallas to here.
I knew you were a twerket!
Oh, at fist I thought you were replying to the post above yours ....lol ;-)
wow, that sounds like quite an undertaking.
When people get old and frail, they need help and shouldn’t be living 900 miles away from family. Our nephew is pushing the idea and I think it’s a good one, after all the trips to Houston and NJ for my dad over the past couple of years. Not to mention all the frustration of trying to care for someone so far away.
America demands Justice for the Fallen of Benghazi! |
Is “Punctilio” the more respectable twin brother of “Cornholio”?
oh i understand perfectly, went through it with xsFIL. they are amenable?
Took 3 years, to rebuild the house after my FIL passed, so my MIL could live here, and she was only several miles away, but with too much house, and too much that needed to be taken care of.
Happily, she def seems healthier now than then.
Sounds like a white wannabe Rapper.
I am Punctilio! I need TP for my bunghole!
