Well, the libs have done a good job. Because almost every post here is so caught up in the semantics of this event, caught up in the history of words, caught up in the meanings and minutia of words, on and on ad infinitum, that the real story here is almost completely ignored.

The real story is that two long-time, experienced teachers were terminated from their livelihoods in this time of economic hardship. No mention in the article of their side of the story, or what will happen to them now that their names, incomes and reputations are shattered., not to mention the effects on their health and their opportunities for future employment. These are REAL people like you and me. They are probably not young any more. Now they are tossed away by the liberal establishment like so much garbage in a trash can.

The "evidence" of their crime is laughable hearsay and would never hold up in court. They were judged and found guilty by a couple of children and by adult inquisitors on a PC mission.

Without writing twenty more paragraphs, I could boil it down to one fact. The word "negroes" as allegedly used by the two teachers is not the real story. The real story is the use of political correctness for power and control....to show white people who's boss....to govern white people's thoughts and speech, and to keep ALL employed white people cowed, paralyzed and always looking over their shoulders for lurking tale-bearers waiting to report them for the words they use.

Forget the semantics....concentrate on how the race card is played for control, power and destruction of personal liberty by the liberal establishment. This can happen to any of us in the brave, new ObamaWorld.

Dead on. You are exactly right in your analysis. Excellent. I hope these two people will be helped out by one of the conservative legal groups to represent them in Court. No one should have the right to ruin people like this. It is sickening.
