I'll still eat one, or two, or even three if I am at a gathering where they are offered, but I actually get a bigger craving for popcorn. Amen brother, Amen. Nothing better than good popcorn....although I must admit, I put a lot of melted BUTTER on mine.

I’m throwing the BS flag...
Either that, or I am have one of the least “addiction prone” systems ever.
Cigarettes? Quit cold turkey. No problem. Alcohol? I’ve had bouts of hard drinking in my past, but nothing problematic or addicted. Oreos? I like them, but on the level of a hard narcotics addiction?
Not even close...
Just because something triggers your pleasure centers doesn’t mean you are going to become addicted to it.
Unless, a lot of what they’ve said about hard narcotics is complete BS too. Which, I’m willing to admit is a distinct possibility.

Has anyone ever mentioned that you have a way of distilling information to its essence?

Ever feel like you could eat the whole bag yourself? Been there done that. Actually oreos are not all that good by themselves but dip them in either milk or coffee and its over. Especially if its the mint filling oreos. Still its easy to not buy the next bag after experiencing the stomach cramps an oreo bender can cause, so I would not say they are addictive in the true sense of the word.

Do you recall tetrahydraisoquinolones? That always made sense to me in an empirical way. You have a choice until you take the first hit. Perhaps your brain structure or chemistry modulates substance response atypically but in a beneficial way.

Don’t worry... As long as Oreos don’t force you to micegenate with Negro jazz musicians...
Then again... The juxtaposition of the black cookie to the white frosting IS worrisome... /s
