Unlikely as Nat.Guard would need state gov to approve unless they are ‘Activated’ into fed service at which point the Posse Comitatus Act would be in play.

The Posse Comitatus Act was intended to prevent the use of federal troops in the sovreign states to enforce ordinary civil law. It does not apply in Washington DC as it is not a state, even though there has been a reluctance to do so.

Recall the images of US Army Military Police during the Vietnam anti-war demonstrations at the Pentagon.

Law means nothing to the thugocracy oppressing our nation, except as a means of oppressing their enemies.

The only way for laws to be enforced that are intended to protect the people from the rogue government is for police, military, and agencies to stop obeying illegal orders from the Thug-in-Chief and his apparatchiks.

I don’t see that happening any time soon.
