And to some extent, Cowher left with an ok reputation, possibly undeserved. Tomlin has had to live up to that impossible standard. Even more so, whether we wish it didn't exist, there was more than a bit of racism greeting Tomlin when he took over. Many “fans” thought surely, he would fail because he is an *N-word*.
