World famous German photographer Thomas Hoepker, sharing his memoirs on famous boxer Muhammad Ali with the Turkish audience, stated he took 'legendary' photos of him.
Being in Turkey's Bursa city as a guest of "Third International Photography Festival in Bursa" Hoepker told his photography memories with famous boxer Muhammad Ali and said he had the opportunity to take each scene of him during a boxing match.
"It was an incredible thing to approach him that much. I had the chance to know him well. He was quite healthy, athletic and strong [...]He spent most of his income to Muslims," Hoepker said. Hoepker also noted that he had managed to take the photo of one of Ali's three fists intended to the objective of his camera and added that one became a 'legendary' afterwards.
"One day, we stopped on a bridge while driving. I required him to wear off his shirt and jump. He accepted it and did and I took another unforgettable photo of Ali. I met him several times during the years, even after he suffered from the parkinson disease. I showed him the old photos, but he did not remember those. Last year, I met him once more and reminded him our old times, however he said that he did not remember those. It was tragic," Hoepker said.
Hoepker added he was working on some books and regulated his photo archive.
Famous Turkish photographer Ara Guler has also attended the meeting.
Draft Dodger muslim guy?
Absolutely.
Cassius Clay. His grandfather was Irish.
O’Clay? Muzzie convert.
Buc Wheat turned Mosslim too...... now he is Kareem O Wheat
Hard to believe it’s been forty-six years since the Arab-Israeli Six Day War when I heard the joke:
“On June 5, 1967, Cassius Clay changed his name from Muhammad Ali to Morris Steinberg.”
There was more white blood in him that ONE Irish grandfather.
I visited Kenya some years ago. Africans are EBONY, like BLACK as the proverbial ace of spades. Clay had WAY MORE white than one granddaddy.
African-Americans in Africa look WHITE. I saw a couple there. Haha, they were confused at their treatment. They got treated like whites because they dressed, acted and LOOKED "white." They probably had an Irish granddaddy too. Harhar...and a whole lot more Eurorelatives!!
Hahaha. I don't know WHY that made me laugh, but it did...an honest-to-goodness CHUCKLE. Thank you!
Say what you want about his religious idiocy, his name change or his politics, but you must admit that he was hell of a boxer.
Few men leave as much of a mark on their profession as Ali did.
The two greatest boxers of all time, Ali and Marciano.
We will never know which one was truly the best, but my money would be on Rocky “the Italian Stallion” Marciano!
“one of Ali’s three fists”
Really?
What’s the difference between Mike Tyson and Osama bin Ladin?
Tyson could take a shot to the head.
What’s the difference between a vampire and a Muslim?
Vampires go for, um, periods where they are not bloodthirsty.
I think he is trying to give you a hint, strange German man...
Visit youtube & input “Six Day War”. The gun camera footage of the IAF pulverizing Arab air forces on the ground is as heartwarming now as it was to me then.
Even black militants of the time were impressed, “Look like dem mo-fo Jewboys knows how to fight!”

Sure. It is my belief that many, if not most male slave owners spent time in the slave cabins as occupation and recreation, if not avocation, because it ‘improved the stock’. Lee family slaves, Davis family slaves were not unusual, but rather the usual: decendents of slave mothers and slave owner fathers.
I saw a wonderful computerized match up of Ali and Marciano.
Ali pounded Marciano for the entire fight. Marciano won.
The fight was acted out by Ali and Marciano, just before Marciano’s death in an aircraft accident.
Of course Marciano had nothing to say, and Ali, though he acted out his part very well, at the end objected, because a fighter as slow as Marciano could never have hit a fighter as fast as Ali.
It proved definitively who programmed the computer at that time.
Ali was, as Vito Corleone would say, a pimp. If Sonny Liston hadn't been bribed to throw the fight, he would have made mincemeat of The Big Mouth.
Maricano, from what my dad used to say, was a killer.
From the internet: Marciano is the only person to hold the heavyweight title and go untied and undefeated throughout his career. Marciano defended his title six times, against Jersey Joe Walcott, Roland LaStarza, Ezzard Charles (twice), Don Cockell, and Archie Moore.
Marciano was asked what he would have said if he had talked in the ring like what is not the fashion.
“This will be the last punch.”
:o) Dry sense of humor...but he PROBABLY wasn't try to be humorous.
