As far as I know. They no longer legally exist. All the states have to do is proclaim a breach of the management of that trust and declare those lands “state” since the contract has been violated. THESE LANDS ARE MANAGED UNDER A TRUST BY THE USFS AND PARK SERVICE.

Then, it is up to each state what they want to do with those lands.

When you see sighs saying that the parks are Heritage sites it means that Klinton signed them over to the UN as security for the national debt.
